I let my pride instead of my conscience do the talking and told her to go fuck herself, and I've hated myself for it ever since. -Any idea what she is up to these days? If you're single and she's single... why not mingle? If nothing else, maybe get some closure. Sounds like you're carrying some weight.

I suppose all you can do in life is make the best choice you can with the information available to you at the time. -Aint that the truth brother. Good luck with it all, I have to say I'm envious of your indecision. There's something about not knowing where your heart will be in a week, month or year that is extremely exciting.
