I just finished working my way through a pot of soup with a tomato based broth, wild rice, spinach carrots and butternut squash. I made mine with chicken, but you can use mushrooms instead.

I just got back from the grocery store, I'll be making a red lentil and pumpkin soup. You should post your soup here, it sounds just right for this challenge.
