- In an age when ignorance is prevalent than ever, Grindr, the latest most addictive gay obsession, has wowed its members in relentlessly promoting the memory of the holocaust. While the gay community is being under scrutiny for promoting hedonism and alienation, this tribute seems all the more compelling.
Just thought that this was strange and gross.

I dont think that's the same base action. Is this not a public memorial? Why would I be mad that someone used a picture they took there on a dating site? You could argue the juxtaposition is odd but that doesn't mean its offensive.

While this may seem totally natural to you here is how I see it. "I was just contemplating the murder of 11 million people, want to fuck?" "Hey I was here considering (or not considering) one of the most heinous acts ever perpetrated by mankind, how are my abs and do you like my duck face? Seems crass to me. Doesn't sound like the a person who does this is in anyway mindful of what the memorial represents. (11,000,000 inches = 170 something miles).
