I've only just joined Hubski after lurking for a very long time. I don't know what I'm doing. I looked for a "new person containment" tag, but there isn't one. Why not use my first post somewhere where it doesn't matter what you talk about?

there is #newtohubski, as well as the Hubski Primer, and this newbie post list, if you haven;t seen any of those.

Good to see you here, pull up a stool at the bar.

I've read the Primer a few times, as it's what I have as a favorite on Chrome to get here (so I don't have to type it in every time). Thanks for the welcome.

I would like to see more (brave) new voices in pubski.

I don't see where bravery comes into it, but thanks for the sentiment anyway. I didn't expect people to respond so quickly, so sorry for leaving you both hanging for so long.

I feel like a lot of newcomers don't post in pubski, surprisingly enough - frankly that's where I would expect most of the "new" action.

No worries and no cares about waiting.

It seems like the easiest tag to join --- no pressure on trying to be relevant to the conversation.

Looks like you are following some tags, so you got that much. I see #dungeonsanddragons and #tabletop, what do you play?

I mostly play Pathfinder and 3.5. I played Neverwinter Nights when I was a kid, and now I can't play with any other ruleset. And yeah, I figured out the tags first. What do you play?

I grew up with 1E and then 2E AD&D. After some time with 2E, we moved to a skill-based d20 system that was of our own devising. Eventually, I took that system as a seed for the creation of Wayfarers. If I play now, it is usually Wayfarers.

Mongoose still sells the PDFs, but not the book anymore. I am working on a final revised version of the game.

I wish I played more than I do.

PM me with an email if you'd like comp copies of the PDFs. I'll send them along.
