With how easy it is to spoof, and how terrible NK's computer intelligence, let alone cyberwarfare must be, I would tend to think not.

From what the media is saying (outside of this article), NK's cyber abilities is not to be underestimated. Apparently, they've been quite successful using cyberwarfare against South Korea and others.

They benefit from saying that though. Increases shock.

More likely I think China actually runs the NK cyberwarfare stuff and spoofs it from NK servers, or just built/operate the facilities themselves. Doesn't change much in how anything will be handled though.

My primary interest in this whole thing was the latest U.N. declaration about NK.
