Essentially, I strongly agree with what you're saying here. I think this is intended for people who have STDs or other skin-to-skin transmissible illnesses. Those people have as much right to have sex as any other, and precautions such as this are reasonable.

I mean, cgod - do you think someone who uses a dental dam when going down on a woman "shouldn't be fucking...should be in counseling"?

Sex is the height of physical intimacy. If a person has to put this kind of barrier between them and another person for non-medical reasons they really do need some counseling.
