I would be surprised if the same isn't true for Lake Superior. I visit it annually, and have never seen it so high. There is a pylon that used to be part of an old dock near our beach, so it's easy to tell changes in the height year to year.
It's nice to hear a little bit of decent news for the environment. It happens so rarely these days, that we have to celebrate small victories. I read in the news today that a bunch of big multinationals have signed a pact to eliminate tropical deforestation by 2030. Small steps.

When we were in Charlevoix recently, our dock was under the water by about an inch. It had to be raised, that was a first.
