65000 people a day. That's a lot o' peeps. I'm curious, do you know how they qualify it as the largest private real estate development in US history? Is it by dollar amount, size, scope...? That's a bold claim, no?

Bold claim indeed. Given the complexity of the site, I'd say it's a combination of sq ft and dollars.

Hmm... what about private railroads in the US? Surely they cost more and covered more square foot. Seriously though, what would be some of the other contenders? Who are second and third place in this category? Any idea?
