My company is consistently ranked as one of the best to work for. Not only do I get a set amount of paid sick days, but if they're not used they accumulate year over year. I think I have over 60 right now. -not too shabby. I hope I never have to use them.

Are you able to transfer your sick days to someone else? If you are at a large company I'd imagine it would be a nice little way to make some extra money if you wanted to sell off some of your sick days.
