They got Texas right, but I did a quick check of the other states that should've been barbecue and they got those all wrong.

They got Maryland, probably NY, I guess OK, WV seems fitting. So I'll vouch for those.

I'm a bit on the fence about NY, as I'm really used to hearing people name the pastrami on rye from Katz's Deli as the iconic NY sandwich, but a bagel with lox isn't wrong.
