Last I heard the earliest known usage of the vulnerability was a while after Firefox was patched. Of course, the NSA's well-known to use their valuable exploits only on choice targets before rolling them out on a scale that would blow their cover, but the article's timeline is wrong.

Thanks for checking facts, but I don't think the timeline is the focus of the article.
