A French 75 will do the trick for me. It's light enough for the morning and tart enough to get through the day late at night. It's strong enough to get things going, or to end them and refreshing enough to hang out on for a while. I wouldn't stay on them all day though.

This is a great call. I love French 75's and there are a ton of variations you can play around with.
