it won't be news to most of us. the important thing here is that the story is told in a way that children can understand. which they'll need to, in order to survive us. here's to inheritance!
The presentation reminds me of the RSA Animates. While it's not a subtle point she is making and it may not be news to most of us, it's something that is too often forgotten or tucked away in the corner of the mind so as not to inconvenience us. I personally enjoyed it when government shined the corporate shoes.
yeah, good point. denial is the glue that holds civilization together, to borrow a phrase. and when most of the things we can do to change a big problem are little things, it can be discouraging. maybe a good starting point would be your coordinated "move your money day" (to local banks) on the 2nd of January idea. should we start a facebook page?
I would be glad to participate but for reasons I'd rather not elaborate on, I cannot be a "coordinator of" such an event. I'll gladly share and reshare said fb page etc to help though. But like most people, the greatest help I could contribute would be to direct my funds and direct deposits towards my CU. Get her going!
