It's obvious that he doesn't have the greatest personal hygiene. I don't think that has anything to do with his dietary habits. You can be the healthiest person but if you don't wash yourself you look gross. That's all.
Maybe, but he does have a girlfriend and she looks fairly put together. Maybe she's doesn't mind a guy with poor personal hygiene, but I assume they have sex. Hygiene is pretty important for all people, but especially the sexually active. I dunno, I just expect healthy people to look healthy but maybe that's unfair.
