Lenin's been there a long time. He's an imposing figure. I've taken pictures of him with bad poetry chalked below him by a friend implying he's small... it totally didn't work. It's a hell of a statue. I can absolutely see taking his ass down. There's a lot of blood on his hands.
But he's privately-owned, on private land. So there isn't much any civic authority can do about it.
