rewind that comment to 6 months ago: Edit: If I were Trump I'd hammer the "I bought her and others have too" over and over and over. He's a broken record. He's VERY good at using the media. If he can even remotely hold his own in the debates, he has a very real shot of winning. I would hate to see it, but I'm just saying... it's a very real possibility. There are people who want you to believe that Trump could actually win the presidency but that's because they need the page views.
There are people who want you to believe that Trump could actually win the GOP nomination but that's because they need the page views.
Naaah. Six months ago it was "have the Republicans lost control of their process this much? naaaaah." Keep in mind - democrats don't vote in republican primaries. Most Republicans don't vote in Republican primaries. Independents don't vote in anyone's primaries. Six months ago it was "I can't believe Clinton hasn't sewn up the nomination yet." And apparently you haven't watched Trump at the debates.
He dominated them. With bombast and bullying. And apparently you haven't watched Trump at the debates.
I actually watched all of them. Oh geez, what does that say about me...?
Yelling, screaming and rude behavior are only effective when you have a receptive audience. More than half the country isn't buying what Trump is selling and to win a debate with a democrat he'll have to actually look intelligent. Trump can't look intelligent.
Apparently, he understands what monetary policy is, so that's kind of like being intelligent. Also, to the surprise of many, he isn't actively trying to destabilize the US. Also kinda smart.
I hope you are right, I really do. I think you are, all I'm saying is don't underestimate both him and the American electorates desire for bombast AND for an "outsider," particularly during this election cycle.
