Buyers have to send sellers their mailing addresses. Even assuming they aren't stored for long, a lot of people are fucked.
Think about all the teenagers and young adults that no longer have safer access to marijuana. And those who were just fronted a large amount of drugs that no longer have realistic means to pay back their scary, armed suppliers. Worse, the sentences that will be handed down to countless buyers and sellers.
