I've known paramedics, this guy got it spot on. Can't speak for myself, but it reminds me of a similar story told by my forensic friend; they get used to seeing physical trauma and death, but it's the psychological and mental pain that speaks the loudest. It's not about the gore.

This will probably mean a change in the culture model. Right now, when you think 'finance' or 'business', you can see all sorts of stereotypical images. These will look way different in 20 years, and will be even more diversified than now.
