It is a slippery slope to begin excluding types of speech from the 1st amendment. If he is educating the general public about jury nullification then I think he is fine. It sounds like although he isn't targeting specific jurors, he is targeting active jurors which is probably going to keep getting him into trouble.

Even then I don't see why it's a problem. He's informing them of a legitimate legal option. Why is that wrong?
