The government is now prosecuting people for trying to make others aware of jury nullification. They say advocating jury nullification is tampering with the legal process and, therefore, illegal. They claim such speech is not protected by the First Amendment. What say you?
It is a slippery slope to begin excluding types of speech from the 1st amendment. If he is educating the general public about jury nullification then I think he is fine. It sounds like although he isn't targeting specific jurors, he is targeting active jurors which is probably going to keep getting him into trouble.
