I don't know about this. The idea on its own is cool, but the idea as presented isn't clicking with me. It seems to come from the opposite extreme of American thinking, that is, a burning desire for ultimate efficiency without real thought to consequence. For example, eating is (though often not for many Americans) a social activity which is a very important way of bonding in groups across cultures.

Furthermore, I don't much care for the idea their page puts forth that by consuming their product it somehow magically

    puts you in excellent health
. Though, I do agree that there is a lot of food related waste and waste as well as environmental harm caused by contemporary agricultural practices.

This may come off as shallow, but those young men don't exactly look like paragons of health, particularly the creator. He kind of looks like one of those vegans who are skinny-fat.
