I like it but I don't love it, i feel like it was a B-side that didn't make the cut or something. I don't know, maybe it's because I love Give Up so much that I'm expecting a lot. Either way I'm still excited for whatever they do next.

It's neither of those things. According to Subpop it's a song that they started in 2006 and finally finished and recorded in 2012.
