Is someone's online moniker a distinguishable/ownable enough item that "stealing" someone's online moniker constitutes false impersonation/false misrepresentation of affiliation?falsely impersonates a person or entity; falsely misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;
Are you? Maybe while Hubski is still small the admins will be able to ban people breaking the rules easily and quickly, but as the site expands so will the number of TOS breakers and eventually it will become impossible to moderate and enforce that section of the TOS.
