Running. Ran 6 miles this morning, felt like a million bucks. Also, music, my daughter, wine, cocktails, cooking, podcasting, playing my guitar/piano and cocaine. -Jk about the coke.

Haha, I never got the exercise-as-a-source-of-enjoyment thing, but I do love nature and travel and just going out on my own two feet. Thanks for the list, there's much to take pleasure from if we try.
