I flew to Sydney exactly one year ago and flew back 3 months later. It was a horrendous flight. Even with valium and ambien I was unhappy. I didn't want to drink because I crave cigarettes like no other when I drink so that didn't help. I passed out for a majority of the flight but when I woke up there were still 5 hours until landing time. I want to travel back to South America. My best friend from college has been living all over Europe for the past few years so hopefully whereever he is this semester I can go and visit him.
Where in South American? I've spent some time there, my wife more so than me, but I'd be glad to give some Peru advice. Get there!
My boyfriend is Peruvian remember! I've been to Costa Rica and the Galapagos. I would love to go to Peru or back to Costa Rica. I was only 12 when I was there so I didn't get to enjoy it to it's fullest, if you know what I mean. :D
Yeah, I guess that makes sense... I didn't think that one through. I remember he and I talking about Machu Picchu, would you go there? Train or back-country hike?
