Congrats. We bought a house too. We tore it down and we are building one from scratch. If all goes well we should move in in about 11 months. My wife is largely driving this train, but I do have autonomy over the detached music studio. It's not huge, 400 sq ft. But it will be my sanctuary. I look forward to exiting FL in the next 2-3 years and spending retirement making lots and lots of subpar music :)
