Pretty sure that was fair use anyway. I think if it can't be mistaken for the original, and was used for artistic purpose the collage is fine. Immaturity on both sides.
Pretty much the NFT collectible market at the moment: the quality of "art" available is appalling, and the "artists" making it are clearly not interested in any legacy other than the taxable kind. There will be a massive explosion of quality art that is linked to the blockchain at some point. There are examples out there. But right now it's like early Napster-era music: it's mostly a bunch of bullshit flying around because it can.Immaturity on both sides.
