I don't think if they are just standing there and handing out fliers it qualifies, even if it's the KKK. Right? I mean, it is a democracy. Look at this guy. He almost looks nerdy. I probably wouldn't even realize that he was a Black Panther. If he's just handing out fliers, NBD. Also, I wonder if he is in a predominantly black precinct. The irony is that he might be there to look out for intimidation. If he was giving people a hard time, or really being anything but civil, yeah, he should take a hike.Contra question - if someone identified with the KKK was doing the same thing would it be intimidation?
