How weird to refer to Sammy Hagar as the "former singer of Montrose"...?!? I mean, Three Lock Box and Standing Hampton? FIVE different songs on Standing Hampton - his 6th studio album after leaving Montrose - charted, and the album went platinum....! But yeah, "Used to be Ronnie Montrose's lead singer" is definitely Sammy Hagar's most notable achievement before joining Van Halen... Sheesh. Kids today...
