What if you took the cheese that go into fried cheese curds, roll them around in the breading that make hush puppies, and pop those bad boys into the fryer.

it would probably be pretty good maybe you could dip them in beer cheese, or ranch or put them in poutine

Nah bruh, that's called corn meal breading. It'd probs be pretty good on cheese. I prefer beer batter personally, tho.
