WSJ has a great article on what's actually in the stimulus. You know what? It basically looks like the Democrats wrote it and the Republicans signed on because holy fuck they needed to be seen doing something. It's almost entirely hand-outs for humans and loans for businesses. I should probably copy it down so that people can get past the paywall.
