Oh man, I listened to a report on this during my commute this morning, and .... it's pure asshole-on-fire angry-making crap, man. We know we are being dicked by the insurers. But of all the rate shifting their algorithm did, it was the Safe Driver one that irked me the most... safe drivers were due around a 20-25% rate decrease according to their new algorithm. So they tweaked the math so their rate reduction was limited to a maximum of 1%. THAT's the shit that is going to make me first in line, when we start chopping their heads off and putting them on pikes...
