Having just gone through it, there's no way arond that looming sense of ohgodInowneedtogetmylifetogether - or at least I didn't find it. I started thinking about what makes my skillset and experiences unique and useful way before I graduated. It's a very difficult question that often takes a long time to answer, but the one you ultimately need to answer to find a great place to work. The rest follows from that in my experience - finding a good place to work is the first step in the Rube Goldberg machine of building a life you want to live.
