Did you know that space is full of astronaut poo? and there is a theory life came about from alien poo that landed on earth
Where the ISS orbit is, unless they boost the poo out, it should all end up as meteor poo. But, I would think that there are some mechanisms by which biological material from Earth could get to Mars. Massive asteroid impacts might result in ejecting living material into space.

I would imagine there is a lot of space garbage out there floating around.... poo and all.
