Congratulations! A marathon is an incredible feat, you did well just by finishing. My first was earlier this month and it was awful and amazing. The weather did not seem to help you out very much, either!
Thanks ButterflyEffect ! Yea I read your post and congrats to you as well. 4:11 is a solid time and you also did it on very little sleep. Your race seemed more difficult as well, you crushed it man. When's your next race?
I'm supposedly all paid up and running a 50k in a month. And a 20 miler in September. And another 50k in November. None of which are on easy courses, if I finish all three that will make for a great year of running. What, if anything, will you do different for the next race?

Hey Sean! Unfortunately the 50k was cancelled due to poor air quality from wildfires this summer. The 20 miler is complete, along with a road marathon. I will be running a trail 50k in November, assuming no complications between now and then! I hope your running has been going well!!!
