Hey - if their VCs bought in at 2, and can sell at 6, they make money. That it's all downhill from there doesn't much matter. David Rosenberg pointed out that something like 20% of brokers practicing today were practicing in 2008. That means the number of investors out in the field who remember the dotcom bust is vanishingly small.
