A few tablespoons of bottled gochujang, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and a bit of miso paste for salt/umami.

Served over chili baked chicken, romaine, red onion, asparagus and shredded purple carrot.

...I think I need to make this now. Nevermind that it is currently breakfast time. Or that of your ingredient list I currently have red onion and rice wine vinegar. Actually, I might have some gochujang if it isn't expired at this point.
