Every monday morning I make my list for the week. It changes a lot throughout the week but I have found that I work best off of "lists". Otherwise I forget to do things. Plus, it feels damn good when you look at a list with a bunch of tasks with lines drawn through them. Keep in mind, "get a beer with Will" or "Go to the museum with daughter" is just as list worthy as "hand in my TPS reports".

I make my list in Outlook and for every task I get a reminder sent to my phone when it's coming up. Otherwise, I'd not look at it either. I do print it out on Mondays and put it on a clipboard though, but that really just becomes the paper I use to take notes on. It's the Outlook notifications that keep me on point.
