I think the lack of an external radiator grill looks weird on the Model 3 when it seems to have space for one.

I saw a Chevrolet Bolt a week or two ago. I was surprised how nice it looked. Not $35,000 nice, but I didn't hate the look. I can imagine my next car being electric and just renting for the occasions I need to drive more than 200 miles. My company has a few corporate Volts, and they're reasonably nice cars. I've used one of the Volts. It's neat being on electric, but I've used it on a longer trip, too. You really realize how little recharging infrastructure there is. It was disappointing. I figured I could find a public charger off the interstate while I got dinner. Nope. There are Tesla ones but no public ones.

Which is weird to see written. I could have sworn one of the conjectures on Tesla's strategy were that the cars would be a loss leader so they could sell batteries to other companies and set up a charging infrastructure they could profit off of.

Edit: And while I agree that the Chevrolet Bolt looks much like a generic car, it does look better to have some kind of vent on the front fascia.
