If you're a union PA, it's totally illegal. If you're not a union PA, you have no union protections. Of course, if you're a union signatory you can't hire non-union PAs... but if you're a union signatory you're on the other side of that divide, too. I joined the union in 2008. I didn't get any union work until 2011. I didn't get enough union work to vest until 2013. I got a buddy who had been in the union 20 years before he did enough union work to qualify for health benefits. I've tried all of Dollar Shave Club's razors. They're shit. The expensive one I tried was the exact same razor I bought in Thailand in 2007 - same color and everything. I also haven't used Gillette since I was in college. I bought a Schick by mistake once and discovered I no longer cut myself shaving. Ever.
I stopped shaving every day when I got out of the Air Force. Now I just have a gentle dirty appearance most days. But when I do shave, I use Schick. But that's because my mom is a compuslive couponer and I literally have fifty cartridges just sitting in a basket in my bathroom.
