1. Your English is fine 2. Chicago has a very large Polish community. I doubt you'll find many people with a strong opinion one way or another about Poland anywhere else. 3. See, I can drive, but I am not eligible for any kind of licence that's worth the hassle (and if half of the legends about your DMV are true, it would go tenfold for US).
