I'm not sure if this would be of any use for you, but when my father had similar problems (not completely sleep apnea, in his case it was persistent shallow breathing during sleep, but same in result) he was prescribed Piracetam to help with circulation of oxygenated blood. It helped a lot with fatigue and grogginess that he was suffering from for weeks at a time as a result of this breathing problem. I hope you'll continue to improve, health and otherwise. :)
