You know, I don't often agree with PETA, but I would like it if Seaward would transfer the orcas it currently has into open-ocean pens. I don't think some of them (if any) can ever return to the wild (thinking of Tilikum specifically), but I do think they might be healthier if they were at least allowed to engage in an open-water habitat. Part of me is afraid that with this move, there will be less attention paid to the living conditions of those orcas as they'll naturally become less visible and everyone will think of the Seaworld problem as "resolved."
