We haven't gone over the fact that basically all thru middle and high school I spent my one hour of alotted internet time on www.lotrplaza.com ? This is like, a heart to heart meeting of true nerds. I memorized the Lay of Luthien for class in 7th or 8th grade and gave an enthusiastic presentation on iambic hexameter and how Tolkien structured the stanzas so every 4th and 8th line of every stanza ended in an "-ing" rhyme - shimmering, fleeting, roaming, sorrowing, and so on. Yeah, I was pretty cool.
