@steve - CC is center city - which is centered around city hall, so you're in the right place :) I live more towards West Philly over the Schuylkill river, and old city is East along the Delaware river. @refugee - I am a Penn student, and 21+ idk about you guys though, but if we are having an old people party I'd bet ya'll are of age. I know a lot of the bars around Penn/Drexel and have access to a lot of penn buildings, I also know more tourist-y stuff in center city, up to you guys - preference/ages etc?
I don't know why I didn't get notification on this one... weird. Anyway - I'll be carless, just across the street from City Hall. I'm happy to walk or cab or whatever where ever I need to go. I'll PM you guys my digits. Yep... I'm a few years over the big 21... I'm game for whatever - but feel no need to do touristy stuff for me. I'm super happy to chill at a place where you guys can have some drinks and I can get some... nachos or something like that. I'm also happy to just chill out at Penn and just put up stickers all over the place. I board a plane in a couple hours. see y'all soon. SO EXCITED!
