Yeah, they're pretty remarkable. My wife has a 3gs and the difference in quality between my iPhone 4 and her phone is substantial.

Yeah I have a 4 and my gf has a 4s and the difference there is large as well. It's cool that whatever iPhone I get next will be an awesome point and shoot camera.

I'm ready, this one is on it's last legs. So there was a distinguishable difference between the 4 and 4s? Hmmm... should I still just wait it out for the next incarnation? I think so. But damn I'm ready for a new one.

Yeah, I'm waiting for the next one as well. The 4s has an outstanding camera though, no doubt.
