Wow, sounds awful. On the bright side, these colours and textures look great. So bright, distinguished and happy... like a light at the end of the real estate tunnel of hell.
Totally agree with this, imagining what the room will look like with those materials I would absolutely choose it for a delivery, there's this 'distinguished warmth' to those choices that I think says "We're professionals and we're here for you." Can't wait to see it when it's completed, you'll have to do a tour KB, maybe find someone who does 360 tours and get it put into Google Streetview etc?
