Have you watched "interns" in russian? It s basically a russian copy of the TV series.

Interns is a show designed for the timeslot for when people get off work and want to relax. Naturally, it includes barely any of the things that will make them think and engage in the plots, much like the Tom & Jerry cartoons. Scrubs, though not very complicated as well, bears depth that I can't discern; it may be that because of it I could relate better to the latter, as well as the better writing. Interns is fine for when you want to spend time stupidly gazing at the screen, but as far as TV shows go, it's not a good series.
