Every article similar to this that gets posted is one step closer to me leaving the states as soon as I graduate.

I've been wanting to move out of the U.S., but every country I'm interested in immigrating to requires me to have success in an in-need career field (the jobs I used to have, have disappeared with the changing economy) and a college degree. Irony in play. Cruel irony.

I dunno man but my cousin gets all of his shit paid for including rent from his work in Kuwait. Same when he was in Saudi and in Lebanon. I'm just saiyan. Plus you make can make bank. And food is cheap.

Honestly? You're exactly the guy who should probably go work in Kuwait/UAE/Riyadh/etc. You look native. Just do me a favor - don't sign a contract longer than 12 months. I think you'll find that they pay extraordinarily well because it's a really ooky environment.

Whatever you do, don't surrender your passport.

Oh hell yeah, go overseas, make some bank, then come back and cash in. Riyadh is shit, that's why they're so willing to pay. Then work at some private school, etc. etc...

Just not likin my options here atm, haha.

And you know what? Doing time in Saudi may very well improve your outlook on your options here. It may also get you added to the terror watch list but let's be honest - lineage like yours you've been there since you turned 18 so that ain't no thang.

I say go. There are opportunities to be had and experiences to internalize.

Fair enough, it's probably just usual "almost out of college" disillusion, haha.
