Let me get this straight, Congress (yes both house and senate are behind this) are, after being repeatedly shown that the executive branch is effectively strangling the entire political system, is too busy voting to pass something that "urges" the president to do something (it doesn't do anything itself, since Congress has no pardon ability), involving someone who died 70 fucking years ago??!?!?!?! How about you urge the president to give pardons to black people who are unjustly imprisoned right now? You know, while they are STILL ALIVE, not 100 years from now.
